A dream come true. The dream dress shop and the dream lady running the show! I had driven past this shop for years (at its previous location and current) and had always said to my fiancé that I will get my dress there, and I did! There is everything for every bride. Jess makes you feel so comfortable and confident in every single dress. I had two babies in two years (I had just had a baby 3 month before when I first visited the shop and found my dream dress) so my confidence wasn’t where it is now but that was no problem in this shop. The process is so easy and all in one place which is perfect for any bride. My 2 year old daughter came along once my dress arrived in the store and Jess made it a core magical memory for her, showing her all the dresses and letting her explore for herself. Jess is so kind, helpful and nothing is too much trouble to make your day a special one. From the moment you step through the door you are made so welcome and comfortable. Jess is absolutely amazing at what she does. Some may say I didnt have much time to plan our day, booked our December 24 wedding in April 24. Jess was so reassuring throughout the whole process, not just all things dresses but everything else along the way. Nothing was too much to ask, even when the dress I chose went against my 'definite no' of a princess puffy dress. What did a choose?! A princess puffy dress. Jess was amazing and instantly knew the dress was for me, fit perfectly and I've never felt so confident in my own skin but it wasnt quite 'perfect'. My heart sank thinking my 'perfect dress' maybe wasn't that 'perfect' after all. Jess went into the back and grabbed some clips, clipped the layers behind me and said 'look now', Jess said we could get the under layers taken out! My reply was 'this is the one'. Fast forward a few months and my dress was truly perfect. A wobble a week before my day when I was regretting my decision to not have a veil. A panicked message to Jess 3/4 days before I was collecting my dress to say could I try a veil again and if I changed my mind could she get me one in time. On the day of my final fitting, I did a full 360 and needed a veil. Jess had the perfect veil in a box, like it was ment to be! Any brides out there looking for an amazing, honest and knowledgeable bridal shopping experience go and see Jess. I am forever grateful for her???? Hey Jess I just wanted to say a massive massive thank you for today ???? From the moment we walked in you made us feel so welcome and so at ease. The shop is beautiful and the wedding dresses you have in are absolutely stunning In every dress I tried on you made me feel so comfortable, confident and like an actual princess!! I’m so glad I left my dress until last and I’m so in love with it, I cannot wait to wear it ????????‍♀️???????? I have never left a review before, nor felt the need to for the several other bridal stores that I have visted prior to visiting Gracie Bleu. However, this bridal store deserves recognition for the time and care given to me throughout my appointment. I was given so much love and guidance throughout my time trying on dresses. There was no judgement on my opinions of dresses, my likes and dislikes were taken into account when picking dresses too. No problem was too much. I have left the store with more than a dress, I have left with some body confidence, which I didn't enter the store with. Thankyou for being so lovely and kind to me. The amazing Gracie Bleu! Thank you Jess for making me feel so loved, and welcomed. I am so happy I came across Gracie Bleu and will never fail to recommend you! A wonderful selection of so many different types of dresses available. From the classics to boho and everything in between, from white, ivory, blush, red & even black! You stock such a great range. You made me feel like a princess, a 50+yr old princess!!  What a choice and what a lovely boutique you have which you should be so proud of. A personal service which is second to none. There was no pressure in our first visit and you listened and gave so much great advice and I found my “lady” which makes me feel wonderful. Thank you!!!! From the moment I stepped foot in the shop Jess greeted me with the biggest smile and the warmest welcome! The selection of dresses was amazing but she knew straight away which would suit me but also listened carefully to the ideas I had in mind. I trusted her from the off! My friends and family came along and the Prosecco flowed, it was an incredible moment and never at any point did we feel rushed! It’s such a huge thing choosing your wedding dress and when I said yes to the dress I felt confident in Jess and Gracie Bleu, Sadly I had to postpone my wedding due to illness but Jess held onto the dress for me keeping it safe letting me visit for little try ons, she was extremely supportive of our situation. When the day came and I collected my dress it was all so perfect and exactly how I’d imagined the day to be! I always wanted my dress from Gracie Bleu and Jess was amazing, I took my 5 month old too my appointment, who cried, grizzled and breastfed through a lot of it, however Jess made me feel completely comfortable, calm and excited to a bride. I had the most amazing experience at Gracie Bleu Bridal. I was a little nervous dress shopping and Jess made me feel comfortable, confident and beautiful. She wasn’t pushy at all and was genuinely lovely! I had been to numerous other wedding dress shops prior to finding Gracie Bleu and nothing really stood out until I came here… Wow !!!!  As soon as I walked through the door, the vast choice of such beautiful quality dresses stood out above anywhere else I had been. The service was second to none throughout my experience from initially choosing my dress right through to collection and even after (giving advice on cleaning my dress etc). A very friendly, personal service!!! Thank you so much for helping me feel a million dollars in my wedding day xxx
